Law and Justice announced its presidential candidate and confirmed that it is not a PiS candidate, but a civil candidate supported by PiS. This is Karol Navroki, who became the president of the Institute of National Memory during the PiS government. He himself learned about the party's support, as MP Przemysław Czarnek revealed on Friday during a meeting with President Jarosław Kaczynski.
Karol Nawrocki has already held his first press conference and his first meeting as a presidential candidate. – I encourage all of you, all Poles, who want a truly non-partisan president, – said Nawrocki, accompanied by the head of the Świętokrzyskie Law and Justice Department and the Deputy Marshal of the Świętokrzyskie Voivodeship – also a PiS politician.
The Press Office of the PiS Parliamentary Club fully organized Navrotski one day after the party meeting and invited him to the meeting at the place where he had previously organized a party meeting.
– The same place where Andrzej Duda was announced. We all remember how independent he was from law and justice, so Mr Nawrocki will probably be the same, says Simon Holounia, Marshal of the Sejm.

Although the representative of the civic committee spoke first at the PiS congress, Karol Nawrocki appeared as a representative of more than 150 people who were supposed to support the candidacy of the president of the National Memorial Institute only after the speech of Yaroslav Kaczynski.
The main goal of Karol Nawrocki's candidacy – as stated by Jarosław Kaczynski – is to end the Polish-Polish war, therefore the head of the National Memorial Institute is without legitimacy and justice.

He should learn about support on Friday
Nawrocki is due to receive information about the party's support personally from the PiS president on Friday. Other politicians who were considered candidates of the party were supposed to be present at the meeting.
– Finally, Mr. Karol Navroki found out that he will participate as a candidate on Friday. Together with Mr. Karol Nawrocki and Tobias Bochenski, we were with President Jaroslaw Kaczynski, said Przemyslaw Czarnek, a lawyer and justice in a statement for Radio Zet. – (Navroki) He had only two days, and taking into account the travel and travel, it was about one day, so, in my opinion, he did very well – he said.
Sunday's speech showed that the views of Karol Navrotsky are completely compatible with the party's path. He criticized, for example, the European Union. – Poland does not need to lead a centralized state in which citizens of the European Union, who were originally Poles, live, – he emphasized.

– Today everyone is wondering whether he wrote it himself or Jarosław Kaczynski wrote it for him and read it to him, – explains Dariusz Jonski, a member of parliament of the Civil Alliance. – There is no state yet, so there was no one to write it for him, so he created it with his wife, – says Przemysław Charnek.

Who is behind Navrotsky's candidacy?
Information about the Civic Committee supporting Nawrocki emerged at the convention on Sunday, and his name, along with the names of party politicians, had been included for months in a PiS-funded study commissioned by PiS. – In particular, talks were held with Karol Nawrocki and he agreed to participate in these trainings, – explained the law and justice representative Zbigniew Kuzmiuk and confirmed that it was the party that proposed his candidacy to him.
If not alone, the question arises as to who was the first to choose Navrotski's candidate. – As far as I know, Jacek Kurski and Adam Bilan are behind Nawrocki's candidacy. These are experienced propagandists, says prof. Danuta Plecka, political scientist, head of the Department of Political Systems at the University of Gdańsk.

When asked about the election staff today, Karol Nawrocki did not mention any names. – My electoral team will consist of politicians who support my candidacy, as well as many people from outside political life, – he assured.
“Guide” for PiS politicians
We hear in the Seimas that the absence of a party ticket does not mean political independence. – He does not join the party just by chance, because the position of the Institute of National Remembrance does not allow him, – says Deputy Minister of State Assets Robert Kropyvnitsky. – He is supported by a political party, he was and is the president of the Institute of National Remembrance, which was anointed by the political party, – adds Tomas Trela, the deputy head of the left club.
– Citizen Jarosław Kaczynski announced that citizen Karol Nawrocki will be announced as a citizen candidate, and fortunately, at Sunday's event, citizens: Beata Szydło, Mateusz Morawiecki, Antoni Macerewicz were happy to have a citizen candidate – explains Krzyatov. Civil coalition. – Perhaps he compared his role to that of Judge Przylebska or President Kursky on television. These were also non-partisan people, says the head of the Prime Minister's office Jan Grabets.

– Trying to run away from the PiS banner and saying that this is not a PiS candidate does not help here. He is the man of Ziobro, Morawiecki, Blaszczak and Kaczynski, says Robert Kropyvnicki.
The Institute of National Memory has published information on the participation of the president in the presidential elections on social networks. Karol Nawrocki assured that he will not involve the institute in this campaign, but he is not planning to rest yet.
