Chipotle is the fast-casual restaurant that everyone raves about, and for good reason.
Known for its fresh, customizable Mexican-inspired cuisine, this restaurant chain has been making foodie dreams come true since 1993.
With a menu packed with burritos, tacos, bowls, and salads made with responsibly sourced meats, fresh veggies, and house-made salsas, I knew it would be a good time to join the Chipotle fan club.
So my colleagues and I headed to Chipotle in Leicester Square, where we were greeted by a crowd of diners munching on their culinary creations.
Naturally, I chose the chicken burrito: simple, classic, and basically foolproof.
I piled it generously with toppings: brown rice, roasted veggies, salsa, guacamole, and a mountain of cheese (because let's be honest, more cheese is always the right choice).
Now, before all you burrito purists start sharpening your pitchforks, I skipped the kidney beans.
I know it's sacrilege against burritos, but it just doesn't sit well with me.
One by one, we made our way along the assembly line and chose our meals for the day: some of our coworkers chose vegan options, while others opted for burrito bowls (aka “naked burritos”).
When they handed me the burrito, I felt like I was holding a tiny baby stuffed with delicious filling: heavy, bursting with flavor, and every bite tasted like heaven.
The chicken was tender, the vegetables were a perfect match with the sour cream and cheese, and I was in culinary bliss.

We all sat down, barely speaking three words to each other, and suddenly our bellies were full and our brains in burrito bliss.
With the finest ingredients available to create your own burritos, bowls and tacos, it's no wonder Chipotle is becoming increasingly popular on social media.
And now, for the first time, the popular chain is introducing kids' meals.
Little ones can choose from a “build your own taco” option with soft or hard shell tortillas or a quesadilla from the kids' menu.
My experience at Chipotle was great and I would love to come back (maybe I'll try the green beans again).
