– We cannot look at what worked 20 years ago, we must move forward. This is related to the convergence effect. If we do not pay attention to development and new technologies, the world will overtake us – said Dr. Dariusz Kowalski from SWPS University about the requirements of the single market of the European Union in Poland. The geopolitical policy of the European Union is based on the economic and political cooperation of its member states, which is of crucial importance for maintaining competitiveness on the world stage. We asked them how the EU single market has affected Poland and how the rest of the EU is leveraging its potential in the face of challenges from China and the US. – I must admit that the European Union is more concerned about ensuring “fair” competition. If we put everything on the market, if there were disputes, we would need an arbitrator. Who could it be? It should be the state – said the expert of WSB Merito University in Wroclaw, assessing the reality of the single market.
