The Indianapolis Colts (1-1) and Cincinnati Bengals (0-2) meet in their preseason finale on Thursday. Kickoff at Paycol Stadium is scheduled for 8 pm ET (Prime Video). Below, we break down the Colts vs. Bengals odds from BetMGM Sportsbook and give our NFL expert predictions and forecasts.
Indianapolis beat the Arizona Cardinals 21-13 on Saturday after losing 34-30 to the Denver Broncos in their preseason opener. The defense played a much better game in Week 2, allowing just 13 first downs and 232 total yards while forcing two turnovers.
Cincinnati is coming off a 14-17 loss to the Tennessee Titans in their season opener and a 27-3 loss to the Chicago Bears on Saturday. The Bengals lost the ball three times but were unable to force a turnover. Most of Cincinnati's starting lineup has yet to play in the preseason, and coach Zac Taylor said that will likely continue in this matchup.

Colts vs Bengals predictions and forecasts
prediction
Colts 21, Bengals 10
Money Line
Passed.
I expect the Colts to win here, but it's not worth betting on a line that will cost you almost three times what you invest, so bet the spread or total instead.
Preventing the spread
Bet on the Colts -6.5 (-110).
The Colts are scheduled to use their starters until at least the second quarter, and the Bengals are scheduled to not use their starters at all, so it should be pretty easy for the Colts to cover here.
Indianapolis has a lot of great weapons and talented players on offense and a pretty solid defense, so I expect the Bengals to struggle while Indy's starters are there.
Over/Under
Bet under 34.5 (-110).
Indy's defense has been very solid in the preseason, forcing at least two turnovers in both games despite allowing 34 points in the opener. Combine that with the fact that Cincinnati has struggled to score in the preseason and you have a perfect situation for the under to win.
