Captain Suzann Pettersen will lead a 12-man roster that will look to continue Europe's recent dominance in the Solheim Cup. With the roster already out, the U.S. will face a team similar to the one they faced last year in Spain, where Europe defended the cup in dramatic fashion.
Ten of the 12 players are returning, with Solheim newcomers Esther Henseleit and Bronte Law the only newcomers. The 2024 Solheim Cup will be held Sept. 13-15 at Robert Trent Jones Golf Club in Gainesville, Virginia. The Americans have not won the Solheim since 2017. The European team is made up of the top two finishers on the Solheim Cup points list and the top six in the Rolex Rankings who are not otherwise eligible. Pettersen has named four captains, which he announced on Monday.
Here are the 12 players who will compete for the U.S. at the 2024 Solheim Cup.
