A letter attached to two balloons landed on the property of a resident of Italy's Liguria region. When he opened it, he discovered it was addressed to Santa Claus and had been sent by a girl from another part of the country. The discoverer decided to make his Christmas wish come true.
Gianni Russetto, a resident of Carrizzano near Savona, found two balloons with tangled strings right next to his chicken coop. Upon examination of the found item, it was discovered that a letter was attached.
But the package was not addressed to the surprised man, much less to the chicken. The recipient was supposed to be Santa Claus himself.

The sender of the letter was Alice, a girl living in Como, 300 kilometers away. The child's request included a dream Christmas present: a bicycle. It was believed that the paper attached to the balloon would reach the intended recipient.
The discoverer was determined not to let little Alice down. He took the letter to a bar, a meeting place for the local community. It was decided that the girl's wish would come true.
