Jaroslaw Kaczynski was stripped of his immunity. He could face criminal charges for battery. Journalists in the parliament corridor asked him how Zbigniew Komosa attacked him. Negotiations have begun. – How do you even have the nerve to talk to me like that? Especially Mrs. We remember this, he told reporters.
Jarosław Kaczynski still hasn't apologized for his behavior and is still insulting Zbigniew Komosa, who wants to sue him for punching him in the face – recently calling him a jerk. The Seimas agreed that Jaroslaw Kaczynski would lose his immunity in this case.
– It is important that in this key vote that we decided on Jarosław Kaczynski's immunity for acts against the citizen, that at least in this matter we will get a sufficient majority to receive immunity, – Prime Minister Donald Tusk said. – That a politician should be held accountable for the damage he caused to an ordinary person, – he added.
– I don't feel guilty at all. I believe that I did the only thing that could be done in this situation, – said Jarosław Kaczynski.
It was Law and Justice and Yaroslav Kaczynski who politicized the monthly events in Smolensk. Here the president of PiS refers to the attack because he does not give evidence.

Zbigniew Komosa is an activist who laid wreaths with a plaque in front of the Smolensk monument in Warsaw's Pilsudski Square.
The full text of the plaque reads: “In memory of the 95 victims of Lech Kaczynski, who defied all orders and ordered the pilots to land in Smolensk in extremely difficult conditions. Rest in peace, Polish nation.” At the bottom it is also written: “Stop creating false heroes.”

The President of PiS reprimanded the journalist
It was during PiS's monthly celebrations that banners attacking Donald Tusk appeared, but no one removed them. Donald Tusk would not throw punches or fight with those who held such banners. It was Jarosław Kaczynski who was recorded shaking his fist. – Every citizen has the right to defend himself. It was a defensive reaction, he said in the corridor of the parliament.
In response to the journalist's questions, the President of PiS allowed himself to talk about the oldest profession in the world and tried to intimidate him. – How do you even have the nerve to talk to me like that? Especially Mrs. We remember this, he warned. – You cannot be treated as journalists at all, but as officers of a very bad job, – he told journalists in the Diet.

Members of the ruling coalition have a difference of opinion on the issue of destroying the wreaths
Jarosław Kaczynski, Marek Suski and Anita Czerwinska still retain their immunity in the event of the destruction of wreaths at the Smolensk monument, the content of which they did not like. Part of the ruling coalition – PSL and Polska 2050 – also voted against their cancellation.
– Settlement is not for solving such small matters – said Bartosz Romowicz, representative of Poland 2050-Third Way.
– In the first case, I voted in favor of the cancellation of immunity, and in the second case I did not vote in favor of the deprivation of immunity. I respect the opinion of my club colleagues, most of them decided to vote against it, so I didn't want to vote against them, but I won't vote against myself either – said Alexandra Leo, representative of Poland 2050-Third Way.
– It is worth to be an ally of the law. In my opinion, we should be very careful not to become partners with those who have been ignoring the rule of law for eight years, said Mariusz Witczak, a representative of the civil coalition.
– I am a little surprised by the attitude of my colleagues. Because this issue may be trivial, but everyone should be treated the same, whether it is Kaczynski or not, – explained Tomasz Trela, a leftist representative.
