The incident happened in the middle of December. A 10-year-old girl called the emergency number and noticed that something bad was happening to her mother. The girl provided all the necessary information about her mother’s condition, thanks to which the services quickly intervened.
After receiving the news, the duty officer of the police department, Yedrjeev, sent a guard here. At the same time, the emergency dispatcher was in constant contact with the child and informed the girl that medical services and the police were coming to the scene. All this is so that the 10-year-old is not afraid to open the door.
