One of them is very unusual – it resembles a curve. The width of the stone wall of the building is less than two meters. The investor explains why.

Photos from the investment near Warsaw appeared on one of the social sites (portal X). A short record shows a building that probably had a terraced house, intended as a residential building, with an unnaturally narrow wall.

There were many critical comments under the video. X portal users compare investment with parcel lock. Others joke that if the wind blows harder, the building will topple over. There was also a positive entry here. Its author shows that using a narrow part of the building for a circulation path between floors is a very good solution.

Unusual shape

From the information board located at the construction site, we understand that four one-apartment, two-apartment residential buildings and one one-apartment, two-apartment residential building will be built here.

– The investment is located on the border of Kielpin and Dziekanow Lesni, near the national road number seven. The first thing that catches the eye is the unusual shape of one of the buildings. The shape of the volume resembles a ship, as the gable wall is about one and a half to two meters at most. There is a door in the wall. As I managed to find out from the people working at the construction site, this is the entrance to the utility room, – explained tvnwarszawa.pl reporter Artur Vegrzynowicz, who observed the construction site on Thursday.

The investor explains

Why does the building have such a strange shape? We called the information board number. The call was answered by a man who confirmed he was the investor but preferred to remain anonymous. As he explained, the shape of the building comes primarily from the triangular shape of the plot on which it is built.

– The narrowest part of the building was used for the stairs, where the stairs, contrary to appearance, are wider than in many large houses. In addition, there is a toilet, a laundry, that is, a common room, – explained our interviewee. – Everything fits very well there – he assured.

As the investor noted, the space is fully utilized. – Of course, there is no service house with a veranda here, it would not be an option. But it is further away (in the wider part of the building – ed.) – he added.
