Tragic accident on the national road 91 in Kreżelewice near Lechice (Łódź Voivodeship). The driver of the car hit the pedestrian crossing. A 38-year-old man died at the scene.
The incident happened on Thursday before 9:00 p.m., when the police received a report that a pedestrian was hit at the 306th kilometer of the Republic Road 91.

– Police officers working at the scene of the incident first determined that the driver of the “Skoda” car, which was moving in the direction of Daszina, hit a 38-year-old woman who was on the pedestrian crossing. He died despite resuscitation efforts. The 51-year-old driver of the car was alert. All emergency services were on the scene. The police conducted an inspection with the participation of an expert in the field of vehicle technology and road traffic – graduate student Mariusz Kowalski from the police of Lečica.
