The Lake Mary All-Stars advanced to the U.S. Finals of the Little League World Series with a 6-3 win over Nevada on Thursday in Williamsport, Pennsylvania. Lake Mary (5-1) will play Texas again on Saturday for a spot in the finals, scheduled for Sunday. Saturday's game is scheduled to air at 3:30 p.m. on ESPN. Lake Mary last played Texas on Monday, when the team lost for the first time in the tournament. Since then, Lake Mary has won three straight games to advance to the U.S. Finals. Lake Mary started strong in the top of the first inning. With the bases loaded, Landon Bono singled on a grounder to right field, scoring Chase Anderson. Shortly after, DJ Mises singled on a liner to right field. But Nevada fought back in the bottom of the first, scoring three straight runs to cut Florida's lead to one. In the top of the third inning, Feliciano hit a home run to make it 5-3 for Lake Mary, and in the top of the sixth, Lojozen hit a home run to left field to make it 6-3 and secure the victory.

Lake Mary suffered its first loss of the tournament on Monday against Texas. Since then, the team has won three straight games to advance to the U.S. Finals.
Lake Mary started well in the top of the first inning, as with the bases loaded, Landon Bono singled on a grounder to right field, scoring Chase Anderson.
Shortly after, DJ Mises singled to right field, scoring JJ Feliciano and Garrett Lohozen to make it 3-0. Landon Bono made it 4-0 on a single off Jacob Bibeau.
But Nevada fought back in the bottom of the first, scoring three straight runs to cut Florida's lead to one run.
In the top of the third inning, Feliciano hit a home run to give Lake Mary a 5-3 lead, and in the top of the sixth inning, Rojozen smashed a home run to left field to take a 6-3 lead and secure the victory.
