Lake Mary's US Little League World Series Trip
Their run began last week on August 14 with a tough 2-1 win over South Dakota, in which JJ Feliciano struck out 11 batters to lead the All-Stars to their first win of the tournament.
On August 16, Lake Mary won a 6–1 game against Washington two days later, but on August 19 against Vaughan, Texas, Lake Mary lost 4–1, missing out on a three-game winning streak and placing in the losers' bracket of the tournament.
On the brink of elimination, Lake Mary defeated Metro Regional New York, 6-1, on August 20, when DJ Mises hit a three-run home run in the top of the sixth inning to secure the victory.
The next day, Lake Mary again faced elimination but managed to beat Hawaii, 4-3.
