On Friday there was a meeting of Ukrainian representatives and American officials in connection with the appointment of a proposal for a mineral agreement when the British “guardian” established it cited his sources.
According to President Donald Trump, Kiev officials will treat the contract provisions as “payments” for weapons delivered to the forefront during Joe Biden’s term.
Negotiations over the contract provisions are becoming more and more intense, according to the Reuters agency. The new US proposal is far “largest” than the original version from the beginning of the year.
Donald Trump’s demand. The gas pipeline is expected to be under US control
Similar reports were given by the Financial Times and the Bloomberg Agency, among other things. Donald Trump’s management had earlier agreed to a request from renegotiation in Ukraine, but it was not a signed text of the Raw Materials Agreement.

The new version proposed by the US is to allow Washington to broadly manage its operations, sales and profits through the operation of Ukraine’s natural ingredients.
However, sources mentioned by the Guardian show that the latest documents include a demand for an international corporation in US development funding to manage the gas gas pipeline from western Russia to Ugorod, and further in Europe.
Gas pipelines built during the Soviet era are a key component of national infrastructure and a major route for Russian gas transport to Western Europe.
Ukrainian Experts: Americans Want Everything They Can Get
Volodimia Landa, a senior economist at the heart of economic strategy, said Americans want “everything they can get.” However, in his opinion, their “colonial type” demands are unlikely to be accepted by Kiev.

Last fall, Wołodymyr Zelanski proposed granting the US access to the mineral sector in Ukraine. He provided a deal that would provide Ukraine in exchange for future profits from co-investment.
As the Guardian wrote, instead, the US President refused to accept commitments in the field of security or military support, but still demanded minerals. Last week he complained that Zelasky was “trying to withdraw from the contract,” saying that Ukrainian leaders would face “big problems” if they didn’t sign.
Speaking to journalists on Thursday, Zelansky said he was ready to sign a contract to modernize his country, but Ukraine said there was “parity” between both parties and that it could only agree if the revenue was “evenly divided.”
– I just protect those belonging to Ukraine. This should be beneficial to both the US and Ukraine. This is the right thing – said wołodymyr Zelnski.
