The USS Harry S. Truman’s aircraft carrier collided with a commercial ship on the Beskitas-M near the port. The incident occurred on Wednesday around 11:46pm local time. The US Navy announced that it was not a serious accident and that it was “no threat.”
No one was injured and the unit’s nuclear drive was explained to be undamaged. “The drive power plant is intact, safe and stable condition,” the report said. He adds that an investigation is currently underway.
