Donald Trump will officially replace Joe Biden in the White House on Monday. The Republican’s second presidency begins with a long series of ceremonies, performances, parades and balls.
At noon, the culmination of the ceremony will be the swearing-in of President Trump. For the first time in 40 years, the swearing-in ceremony will be held inside the Capitol Rotunda instead of on the steps in front of the Capitol’s east entrance. This change was explained by the low temperature.
