This article will cover both schedules in a shorter amount of time than we normally would focus on one big game.
The Orioles, who trail the Yankees by a half-game, are poised to tie the AL East race down the stretch. Since the All-Star break, Baltimore has posted the sixth-best OPS (.803) and wOBA (.347) against right-handed pitchers while striking out just 21.6% of the time. Nick Pivetta could be in for a long game on Thursday night.

DraftKings, FanDuel Pitchers – MLB DFS Lineup Picks
Early Schedule – 4 games Jack Flaherty – RHP, LAD at Brewers ($10.0K DraftKings; $10.8K FanDuel)
Despite not having pitched more than six innings in a start this season, Jack Flaherty continues to strike out batters. The new Dodgers signing has struck out seven or more batters in three of his last four starts, and recorded double-digit strikeouts for the second time in his last start. Milwaukee is a tougher opponent than Pittsburgh, but the Brewers boast a high strikeout rate (24 percent) against right-handed pitchers. With that strength and the Dodgers' scoring support, Flaherty is the standout pitcher in the early games.
Bryce Miller – RHP, SEA, Tigers ($8.4K DK, $9.1K FD)
Bryce Miller is almost the polar opposite of Jack Flaherty, pitching longer games but not striking out as many. The sophomore pitcher has thrown at least six innings in four of his last five starts, but hasn't struck out more than six batters in a game since June 12. The Tigers have a 23.2% strikeout rate against right-handed pitchers, so they aren't doing much favor there, but they're not doing much damage either. Since the All-Star break, Detroit is in the bottom 10 in wOBA (.293) and wRC+ (88) against right-handed pitchers.
Evening Schedule – 3 games Zack Wheeler – RHP, PHI vs. Nationals ($9.6K DK; $10.4K FD)
Zack Wheeler doesn't seem to get much attention for just how good a pitcher he has been this decade. He's posted his fourth sub-3.00 ERA in the last five years and is on pace for another 200-strikeout season. Wheeler is sporting a 2.78 ERA, 1.00 WHIP and 27.5% strikeout rate this year. Washington has the fourth-lowest strikeout rate (18.4%) among right-handed pitchers, but he's not much of a resistance in the hitting department either. Wheeler may not be looking for a 40-run night, but he's comfortable with a clean night with 20-25 DK points.
Bailey Ober – RHP, MIN, Rangers ($8.2K DK, $10.6K FD)
Bailey Over is top of the charts on FanDuel, but is only $200 more than Cody Bradford on DraftKings. Be sure to find $200 to upgrade Bradford to Over tonight. The Twins right-hander has not allowed more than three earned runs in a game in his last nine starts and has struck out at least seven times in seven of those appearances. Texas ranks in the bottom nine in strikeout rate (20.8%) against right-handed pitchers over the past month, while also ranking in the bottom four in OPS (.639) and wOBA (.279). Over's winning streak will continue tonight for Texas.
