PK reported that a Turkish court agreed to the extradition of David M. to Poland, stating that his extradition was legally recognized. The Turkish president, who makes the final decisions on such matters, also agreed to the extradition of the Poles.
According to the National Prosecutor's Office, David M. could be extradited to the Polish side on December 12, 2024. Therefore, the findings of Polsat News reporter Beata Grinkowska, who first reported this date, are confirmed.
Murder case in Nowy Świat. Police were searching for three men
On the morning of May 8, 2022, a 29-year-old man was murdered on Nowy Świat Street in the center of Warsaw.

The main suspect in this brutal attack is Dawid M. Investigators say he was the one who fatally stabbed the victim.
The man, a mixed martial arts fighter, fled after the attack and hid from police. He was detained in Türkiye.
