Prior to joining FTI, Glass spent five years at Everwatch, a Booz Allen Hamilton company (NYSE: BAH), where he served as Director of Compliance and Special Projects, Director of Financial Planning and Vice President of Finance.
Within General Dynamics' (NYSE: GD) information technology business, Mr. Glass served as senior manager of government compliance, where he was responsible for preparing incurred expense filings, supporting government audits, negotiating audit outcomes and other compliance-related activities.
Mr. Glass has also served as Compliance Director at Sallyport and Consulting Manager at Baker Tilly Vilshaw Krauss & Co. Previously, he was Senior Manager of Corporate Compliance at Mission Essential and Consulting Manager at Argie, Wiltse & Robinson.
The CPA will be joining a company with more than 30 years of experience providing information systems and technology support services to government and private organizations around the world.
FTI has been actively involved in several government contracts, including the U.S. General Services Administration's Multiple Order Schedule, the U.S. Army's Responsive Strategic Sourcing for Services and Information Technology Enterprise Services 3 services, and the Defense Information Systems Agency's Encore III contract.
The company was one of 198 contractors selected by the Army in 2018 to provide specialized engineering support services for command, control, communications, computers, intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance programs. That same year, FTI secured a contract position to provide project management and engineering support services to the Navy.
