Nathaniel McDonough, an advanced practice registered nurse and certified nurse practitioner specializing in neurology, is excited to be joining Essentia Health-32nd Avenue Clinic.
“I previously worked for Essentia as a nurse practitioner at West Acres Walk-In Clinic,” McDonough said, “I had a great experience while working there and always heard good things about Essentia from the patients I cared for while working in the nursing home.”
McDonough was educated at the University of Mary in Bismarck and is certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.
“I chose to specialize in neurology because my middle child was diagnosed with epilepsy at a young age,” McDonough explains. “Since then, I've been driven to learn as much as I can. My particular areas of interest are treating patients with epilepsy and migraines.”
