A 32-year-old man, who killed his parents and brother during a family dinner on Sunday in one of the houses in Namyslov (Opole Voivodeship), fired a series of semi-automatic weapons at them – the autopsy showed. Father and brother were wounded several times and mother twice. The man then left alone with his brother's partner and her two children. In the evening, the woman managed to escape and call for help. When the counter-terrorists entered the house, the man was already dead.

– The autopsy showed that the victims died of multiple gunshot wounds. Mother hit twice. But the criminal killed himself by shooting himself in the head – says prosecutor Stanislav Bar, spokesman of the Opole district prosecutor's office.
He adds that “the man fired a series of semi-automatic weapons at his parents and brother.”

Murder at Sunday lunchtime
The tragedy happened on Sunday, November 24 in Namyslov during a family meeting. The findings of the investigators show that the 32-year-old man invited his relatives to a party.
“At a family dinner, attended by five adult family members and two children, Krzysztof K. shot his parents and brother with a firearm, while depriving his brother's partner and their children of their freedom,” Stanislav Bar said earlier.
The hostage was present during the murder of both men.
He imprisoned the children and their mother
– This man scared his brother's partner, who was present at the scene of the incident, tied him up and previously ordered him to tie up his minor children who were at home. The woman was imprisoned in this house for several hours and then managed to escape. He asked the neighbors for help. Thanks to this, the local police got information about the incident, said the prosecutor.
Police surrounded the house. Officers tried to make contact with the 32-year-old man, but he completely ignored negotiators. There was no contact with Krzysztof K and other people who were supposed to be in the building.
“Around 5:00 a.m., anti-terrorist police units forced their way into the house, where the bodies of three victims were found. The body of Krzysztof K. was found in the garage attached to the house. The children who were upstairs. from the building in one of the the rooms were sleeping, they were released, and intensive work is currently underway to determine the causes of the incident,” added the prosecutor.
The children were imprisoned until the police attacked them. In total, they spent about 14 hours in the trap.

Prosecutor Stanislav Bar reported that a 32-year-old man shot with a legal weapon. – The criminal has received a permit to carry firearms for sporting purposes. A condition of a firearms license is that you have no criminal record. Such a situation happened here, added the press secretary of the prosecutor's office.
