Ecuadorian police found 10 bodies in a property in the city of Guabo in El Oro province in the south of the country. One of them was four. There were also bullets at the scene. Ecuador has been fighting a brutal drug gang war for years.
– There are nine bodies and one kilometer away there is a completely dismembered body in a jute bag, Colonel Pablo Fajardo told local journalists. He said that the citizenship of these people is not known.
Where bodies were found, bullets were also found. These include 9 mm cartridges and 5.56 caliber rifle bullets. According to Fajardo, in addition to the victims, other people who escaped may have stayed in this place before.
Initial investigations indicate that the victims of this incident may have a record of drug dealing, robbery and attempted murder.
