North Korea's security authorities have raised the alert level and strengthened security for Kim Jong Un, saying his life is in danger. According to South Korea's National Intelligence Service, special systems are in place to disrupt communications in places where regime leaders stay.
Yonhap Television was the first to report on Kim Jong Un's increased security. Journalists, citing information from South Korea's National Intelligence Service, reported that the North Korean dictator's inner circle had serious concerns about his safety.
South Korean intelligence agencies were to inform local parliamentarians: About the installation of special systems for jamming communications and data transmission, as well as equipment for detecting drones.
