The Panama government has agreed to cover the fees for sailing the Panama Canal for ships belonging to the U.S. government, or at least the US Department of State said. However, these reports rejected managers in major waterways for global trade. As they pointed out, they didn’t change the rules of the price list or the fees saved on it.
The US State Department has announced that the Panama government will no longer charge fees from American ships to pass through the Panama Canal. As we read in the official announcement, such units will flow through important routes for free.
