The pensioners, whose payment period falls on November 1, will receive their pensions and annuities in October, the Social Insurance Institution reminded. People whose payment deadline falls on Sunday, November 10 will also receive money earlier.
The social insurance institution pays pension benefits on several days: 1, 6, 10, 15, 20, 25 of the month. If the pension payment period falls on a non-working day or a Saturday, the allowance will be paid earlier.

“Therefore, those who are due to receive benefits on November 1 will receive regular payments in advance. Pensions and annuities brought by postmen will be delivered to the post office on October 28. However, the benefits transferred to the bank account will be sent to banks on October 30, and in the case of transfers of benefits to bank accounts abroad, on October 29,” ZUS informs.
Elderly people whose pension payment period falls on November 10 will also receive benefits earlier. They also receive money in advance. On November 5, ZUS transfers funds to the post office and on November 7 to bank accounts, and benefits are transferred to foreign bank accounts on November 6.
ZUS encourages seniors who still receive their benefits by post to consider choosing a safer form of pension transfer or annuities. The bank ratio of long-term benefits paid by the Institute is currently 79.4 percent.
