GREELEY — Pinkard Construction will begin tenant renovations this month at two Banner Health campuses in northern Colorado.
Pinkard will begin renovations at Mountain Vista Medical Center and Northern Colorado Family Medicine in Greeley over the next few weeks through the end of November. Both projects will be moved in and constructed simultaneously, with a total budget of $626,876, according to a news release.
Work in the Mountain Vista Building will span the Urology, Rehabilitation, Gastroenterology and Orthopedic departments and will include new finishes and details in the reception area as well as cosmetic upgrades such as painting, flooring and storage repairs. NCFM's work will include the creation of a new reception desk area, upgrades to the nurses' station countertops and offices and a fresh coat of paint throughout the building.

“At its heart, it's about upgrading the current workspace to increase the comfort of our office staff and customers,” says Krystil Alexander, assistant project manager at Pinkard. “The changes may seem small, but they will make a big difference to those working and receiving treatment in the building.”
Work will be completed while the facility remains open.
“We had to get creative with detailed phased planning, working in certain areas only when we were given permission from the department,” Krystil Alexander, assistant project manager at Pinkard, said in the release. “It was kind of a logistical maze, getting in when there were no patients in the space and getting it cleaned up overnight before people could come back. Getting it right schedule-wise was a fun challenge.”
