Four foreigners, a Polish woman, two Irish and an American could be deported from Germany. Authorities issued a decision to explore them after the incidents that took place at the Free University of Berlin. Three citizens of the European Union – two Ireland and one Polish woman – and the Americans must leave Germany to participate in the incident during the oath in Berlin. Everyone appealed to the Berlin Administrative Court over the authorities’ decision. They applied for the acceleration procedure. As reported, they do not need to leave the country before they are resolved.
A spokesman for the German Federal Ministry of Interior said he did not have “comprehensive information” on individual cases. He added that the Berlin authorities will take responsibility for each and will make a final decision in his case.

Free University has denounced the October incident, which is currently in the protest, as a “brutal attack,” where 40 masked people have taken over the campus building.
The General Student Committee said the university “didn’t capture the complexity of the event.” The committee argues that police presence on the spot was “excessive” and that law enforcement responded too quickly.
