It is better if the video is one minute. Okay, thirty minutes. Click to make sure you start dynamically. Did you post a lie? Give oil! Repeat. click on Exchange. And… when others argue and draw paper posters in the TV studio, they win. Social media stars are turning national political scenes upside down, and popular programs are increasingly being used to fight for votes. Where is the “new media populism” taking us?
Numbers. They are important because they affect accessibility. And the bigger the first, the better the second. What after that? Wide audience and hundreds of thousands of recipients, often potential voters. For example, Slawomir Mentzen, the co-chairman of the Confederation and the presidential candidate of this formation, has more than a million followers on his TikTok account. 530 thousand people follow Polish Prime Minister Donald Tusk. These are the most popular Polish politicians in this program. Each also has a public profile on X (formerly Twitter), Facebook or Instagram. The Prime Minister of Poland – unlike Sławomir Mentzen – also appeared on Bluesky (this is a relatively new social media, where many people and institutions move from Elon Musk's X).
The presence of active decision-makers on the Internet has been the norm for many years. These platforms serve not only for election campaigns but also for continuous communication with the recipients (whether they support the policy or otherwise).

But since we're talking about presidential candidates, it's also worth looking at their presence on TikTok. Because every advertised applicant has an account there, although not everyone uses it often.
