Indian National Congress leader Rahul Gandhi recently revealed who his mother and party president Sonia Gandhi's favourite child is: It's not himself or his sister Priyanka Gandhi Vadra, but their dog, Noori.
Sharing an adorable picture of his mother and her Jack Russell terrier, Rahul wrote, “Mummy's favourite? Obviously, Noori.” In the image that went viral, Sonia Gandhi can be seen carrying her dog on her back.

Noori became a part of the Gandhi family in 2023. In a YouTube video, Rahul revealed that he adopted Noori from a kennel in Mapusa, North Goa. The video showed Rahul introducing Noori to his mother.
In May, Rahul Gandhi shared a heartwarming video of his dog Yassa, urging people to send him love and support during his illness. The politician revealed that Yassa had been suffering from severe gastroenteritis. The viral video saw Gandhi playing with Yassa under a tree and the dog enjoying a belly rub.
