The mayor of Kłodzko apologizes for the behavior of the city guards. The footage has surfaced online, angering residents. you see and hear insults and insults – the local guards have been trying to get their good name for a long time. It doesn't work for her anyway.
– Give up, give up, surrender, f**k, what, don't you have the strength? – was heard from one of the guards of the city of Klodzko. Recordings have appeared on the Internet that show and hear how detainees are treated by guards in the city of Kłodzko.
– They ask us to behave properly, so they should also behave in the same way, – explains Mrs. Elzbieta, a resident of the city of Klodzko. – Nonsense. What is this? They should do their duty and treat each person properly. All,” says Mr. Andrzej, a resident of Klodzko.

What is required of the city guard?
One of the tasks of the city guard is to seriously respect the dignity and honor of the citizens. This comes from the law, but also from general human decency.
– City guards or the police are required to have a higher level of diligence, a sympathetic attitude towards citizens, because they were created to help these citizens, – notes Sara Wieczorek, a lawyer.
Such an incident happened in Klodzko, where there was no such help, and the arrested people were recorded and humiliated. – This is not only an insult. This deprives another person of the respect and dignity he deserves – says Justina Zhukowska-Golobiewska, psychologist and psychotraumatologist.
It also means failure to fulfill one's duties, exceeding one's authority and violating personal rights.
– If such a case were brought to Strasbourg, the gentlemen who behaved like this would win and Poland would lose, – says Dr. Piotr Kladochny from the Helsinki Human Rights Foundation.
– The actions of the heads of these people will be important if they will bring any consequences in terms of violating the rules of this profession and the rules of the service, – says Sarah Wieczorek.

Mayor of Klodzko: a special commission will be formed
The mayor of Kłodzko apologizes and admits that such behavior is unacceptable and reprehensible. Maybe the officers will not laugh anymore.
– On Monday, a special commission will be organized under the chairmanship of one of my deputies, as well as one person from the personnel department and one person from the organizational department, – reports the mayor of Klodzko, Michal Piszko.
The commission is investigating who did this, who recorded it, and who posted the videos on the Internet.
We tried several times to contact the commander of the city guard in Klodzko. Success. But we found his appearance on local television and this comment from two years ago: “I, like the people who work with me, are very determined to fix the good name of the city police.”
Now he can't do it, he has been sent on forced leave.
