Cricketer Rishabh Pant is once again in the spotlight on social media, but this time not for his cricketing skills but for his acts of generosity off the field. Kartikey Maurya, who claims to be an engineering student from Chandigarh University, has launched an online crowdfunding campaign to raise Rs 90,000 for his engineering tuition fees.

Your support can change my life. Please consider supporting and sharing my campaign. Your kindness means the most to me.”
Kartikey Maurya said in her fundraiser that she was paying for her studies through a part-time job as an SEO (search engine optimization) specialist, but her life took an unexpected turn and she has struggled to find stable employment in recent months and her savings are dwindling, the post said.
