Rumer Willis recently provided a rare update on the health of her father, Bruce Willis, who is battling frontotemporal dementia (FTD).
On August 22, Bruce and Demi Moore's eldest daughter took to her Instagram Story for a Q&A session with fans.
“He's amazing. I love him so much. Thank you,” Rumer, 36, wrote alongside a photo of herself and the Sixth Sense actor, according to Us Weekly.
Bruce, 69, was diagnosed with aphasia in the spring of 2022, and his family revealed he had frontotemporal dementia (FTD) in February 2023. Since then, the family has provided regular updates on Bruce's health.

Rumer told People magazine in May that her dad was “doing great” at the premiere of her film “My Divorce Party,” adding, “I was there today with[daughter]Louetta.”
She also spoke to Fox News at the red carpet event about how Bruce's medical diagnosis has affected her family.
“For me, what's been so beautiful throughout this experience is that my dad is so loved and that's so evident from the transparency that we've shared,” she explained.
Loomer added, “If sharing our experience can somehow bring hope to whatever we're going through as a family, if it can make a difference and bring some hope or comfort to somebody else who's going through something similar, then that means everything to me.”
In addition to Rumer, Bruce and Moore have two other daughters, Scout, 33, and Tallulah, 30. The Armageddon actor and his wife, Emma Heming Willis, 46, also have two daughters, Mabel, 12, and Evelyn, 10.
