Ruth Langsford is the queen of meal prep, regularly posting photos of the lunches she prepares on Instagram, as well as sharing the green juice she makes every day.
But since splitting from Eamonn Holmes in May, Ruth appears to have changed her routine. As well as shuttling between ITV studios and QVC HQ, the Loose Women star seems busier than ever, splitting her time between nights out with friends, afternoons with her doting mum and soaking up the sun in the garden – leaving her with barely any time to prepare meals.
Ruth revealed how she's eating now that meal prep is no longer an issue, shared her tips for having an “easy” summer on Instagram and invited fans into her stunning kitchen and garden.
Revealing the hack, Ruth wrote: “Tesco's Finest Picnic & Deli products make it easy to enjoy delicious, quality meals al fresco – enjoying good food, good company and the moments that make summer so special.”
The ITV star showed off the snacks he enjoyed with his wine, which included stuffed olives, paella arancini and a cheese board.

Ruth's Single Summer
When Ruth isn't dining al fresco at home, she's enjoying the summer sunbathing in her garden and enjoying nights out with her girlfriends.
Meanwhile, Eamonn is using the summer as a time for personal improvement and has been sharing his progress on Instagram, including walking for 30 minutes on an anti-gravity treadmill on Wednesday, describing the session as “grinding”.
“Sometimes my body works, sometimes it doesn't. It's getting better but it's really hard,” he continued about the sessions, adding that he feels “depressed” about his job right now given everything going on in the world.
We hope Eamonn feels better soon!
