The next biennial event will be held at P&J Live in Aberdeen, UK from 2-5 September 2025, with a new team leading the SPE Offshore Europe (OE) organisation at RX Global in partnership with SPE.

Gareth Rapley succeeds Jonathan Heastie as Energy & Marine Portfolio Director, covering All-Energy and Oceanology International and OE. Jonathan currently oversees RX Global's recently acquired portfolio of global hydrogen events.
Gareth has over 15 years' event leadership and energy experience, having previously worked for 9 years in the OE division of RX Global, most recently as Exhibitions Director, before spending 3 years in the Middle East with dmg events and Informa Markets, most recently returning to London as Director of the London Book Fair.
Gareth Rapley, Energy & Marine Portfolio Director at RX Global, commented: “It's an exciting and challenging time to re-enter the energy industry. SPE Offshore Europe, All-Energy and Oceanology International represent different aspects of the energy and marine industries. These are valuable national assets that need to be secured and developed to continue to serve the UK, and our event provides a highly effective platform to further these objectives.”
The 50th anniversary edition of SPE Offshore Europe, held in 2023, will attract around 30,000 attendees and 800 exhibitors.
