In Saudi Arabia’s capital, Riyadh finished discussions on the US and Russian delegation on the war in Ukraine on Monday evening. The discussion lasted 12 hours.
Independent Russian port Meduza said a joint Russian-US statement would be released on Tuesday. Meduza refers to the press of Tass and Ria Nowosti.
According to Medusa, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov has previously said that a group of experts in Moscow and Washington would not be signing the document after “consultations in Riyadh.”

The previous day, US consultations – held in Riyadh, Ukraine. “The discussion was productive and valuable – we raised important issues, including energy,” the Ukrainian Defence Minister said.
“President Volodymyr Zelanski’s goal is to provide just and lasting peace to our nation and its citizens, and therefore all of Europe. We are working on this goal to become a reality” – added rust with Die.
