Alaxandr Lukashenko has signed a treaty on the security guarantees within the states between Russia and Belarus – the Belta Agency said on Tuesday. The agreement envisages mutual support between Minsk and Moscow at many levels in the event of circumstances that have been interpreted as a threat.
The treaty includes mutual assurances between Minsk and Moscow regarding “to implement necessary measures in the event of a violation of security between Belarus and Russia and the status of the entire Union.”
