Robert Fiko proposed another meeting with representatives of Ukrainian Power.
The head of the Slovak government wants to talk with Ukrainian partners about a “civil project” and such consultations will be organized at the borders of both countries. Robert Fissy’s statement may be surprising. Because Bratislava and Kiev’s relationship was tense, and the crisis deepened at the beginning of the year when the second capital halted Russian gas transport.
Robert Fiko informed Slovak newspaper Denick Ng about the idea for the third meeting with Ukrainian representatives at a press conference on Wednesday. Previously, the head of Bratislava’s government declared that he was willing to speak on the phone with his Ukrainian counterpart Dennis Smihalem “quickly.”

In January, “Dennik N” reported that FICO had criticized Ukrainian president with sharp words during a meeting of the Slovak parliament’s economic committee. This was related to a non-expanded transport agreement by Kyiv.
– Our enemy is wołodymyrzelnski. He caused the problems we had. I don’t like him because it hurts Slovakia – the press quoted.
