Garuda Indonesia has partnered with private airport transfer specialists to provide seamless pre- and post-flight ground transportation support at select airports and destinations served by the airline.
Garuda Indonesia president and CEO Ifran Setiaputra said the partnership was part of the airline's efforts to provide added value to customers by offering premium services, especially through various airport transportation options.
Garuda Indonesia passengers can now easily book private airport transfers powered by SmartRyde.
“In addition to providing safe and convenient air connectivity services, we also offer a dedicated transfer service, which is an important step in our focus to further enhance the travel comfort of our passengers. This initiative demonstrates our commitment to providing a seamless travel experience before, during and after the flight,” Ifrane explained.

The new airport transfer service can be booked on the Fly Garuda app up to 48 hours before arrival and is currently available to travellers in Sydney and Melbourne in Australia, Bangkok in Thailand, Haneda and Narita in Japan, Incheon in South Korea, Amsterdam in the Netherlands, Kuala Lumpur in Malaysia and Singapore.
