A farewell ceremony for the ship carrying 76 cadets, including nine women, was held on Saturday at the port of Cadiz in the south of the country.

3 years of military training
In mid-August 2023, the Spanish Royal Court announced that Eleonora, then 17, would begin three years of military training.
