During the patrol, the police observed the damaged barrier on the bridge, and after a while they saw that the horse was in the water. Pawel Kusiak, a police spokesman in Starahovice, said officers heard someone calling for help from the car and saw that there were three people in the car.
– Most likely, the 35-year-old driver, a resident of the city of Starahovice, lost control of the vehicle, did not adjust his speed to the road conditions, left the road, broke the barrier of the bridge and fell into the river. . A 2-year-old girl and a 33-year-old passenger were also inside the car. Nothing happened to all three of them.
