Ukraine has received a new variant of the US Access Contract from the United States to the richness of Ukrainian minerals. Wołodymyr Zelanski announced that Washington’s proposal was “completely different” to those previously established. The Ukrainian president also reported that his country would not treat military aid from the US as loans.
Wołodymyr Zelanski, cited by Reuters, said on Friday that Ukraine would not recognize previously approved US military aid as a loan to be repaid.
The declaration relates to the new draft agreement on Ukrainian minerals presented to Zellankie by the management of Donald Trump.
The US has presented the project to Ukrainians. Zelanski: It’s completely different
The Ukrainian President evaluated that the new draft agreement on minerals proposed by the United States was “completely different” from the previously established framework and would require further evaluation by lawyers.
He emphasized that the assumption that Kiev would threaten Ukraine’s integration with the European Union would not sign the contract.
See: Zelanski commented on his conversation with Trump. He showed when the war would end.
During a press conference, Zełenski said, “Ukraine will be ready to speak to all representatives on the Russian side except Vladimir Putin.”
Ukraine help. Trump has overshadowed the amount
Trump has long argued that since the beginning of Russia’s invasion of Ukraine, the United States has provided Kiev with up to $350 billion worth of assistance.
Experts say the US president is true, with America’s help at least twice as much. However, the continental state support was high, with one-third of which, not all, would be transferred in the form of loans.
According to the Kiloan Institute of World Economy (IFW), military, financial and humanitarian aid that reached Kiev from overseas was $118.3 billion. Secondly, the value of European support reached $145 billion. Of these, 35% are in the form of loans.
