Switzerland has suspended arms exports to Poland. Possibly going to Ukraine
Switzerland has banned the export of munitions to Poland. The justification states that the purchased ammunition was handed over to Ukraine without consent, so the Polish recipient “failed to fulfill the contractual obligations” made to the manufacturer. The Swiss government emphasizes its neutrality. Under Swiss law, exporting weapons to countries involved in armed conflict is illegal.
The Swiss government on Friday banned the export of munitions to recipients in Poland. A reported 645,000 Swiss-made small-caliber ammunition were to be sent from Poland to Ukraine, the American Associated Press reported.
Authorities in Bern launched an investigation after US news outlet Defense One reported in November last year that Ukraine had received anti-tank rifle rounds made by Swiss P-Defense. Delivered by Polish importer UMO.

Switzerland's national economic secretariat, SECO, told The Associated Press: “As a result of our investigation, a Swiss manufacturer and a Polish company have signed a sales agreement under which the Polish company has the right to sell Swiss ammunition only in Poland.'' It turned out that I did,” he said.
As reported by the Associated Press, the investigation found that the company “failed to fulfill its contractual obligations” to the Swiss manufacturer because the ammunition was sent to Ukraine without consent. Exports to Polish companies will be prohibited because “the risk of the ammunition being diverted to Ukraine has been deemed too high,” SECO said.
