“It Just Mean More” is the SEC's motto, demonstrating a commitment and passion for college football while also showing concern for the academic standing of its member schools.
The SEC is one of the best academic conferences in the nation, and while it isn't ranked as high from top to bottom as the Big Ten or the ACC, it competes with those two schools academically more than you might imagine. Additionally, Oklahoma and Texas joined the SEC this year, increasing its membership by two schools and improving the conference's academic standing among other conferences.
