STAMFORD, CT: The 13th Annual Health Wellness & Lifestyle Expo 2024, with special support from exclusive healthcare partner Stamford Health, will take place on Saturday, September 7th from 10am to 6pm in Stamford's beautiful waterfront community of Harbor Pointe. As the largest health expo in Connecticut, this one-day family and pet-friendly event will bring together more than 120 sponsors and exhibitors to display and sell health and wellness products and services, and share the latest information to help everyone live their best life.
The opening ceremony celebration, emceed by Hey Stamford's PJ Kennedy, will begin at 10 a.m. Stamford Mayor Caroline Simmons will present Stamford Health, the exclusive healthcare partner of 13 years, with the Proclamation for Health Wellness & Lifestyle Expo 2024. This year's Community Leadership Award will be presented to KeyBank and BLT/Harbor Pointe in recognition of their five years of support of this important community event, outstanding service and commitment to the health and wellbeing of the entire Stamford community.
The Expo is honored to receive a Community Impact Grant from Eversource. This generous grant recognizes and supports the Expo's ongoing efforts and accomplishments in strengthening the community through Connecticut's largest health and wellness exposition.

The 2024 Expo is expected to feature more than 120 exhibitors and 10 activation zones. Stamford Health will be located at the center, offering a wide range of products and information in its tent. This year, Stamford Health will also host a special presentation in the Group Fitness Zone from 12pm to 1pm.
This informative seminar, “Health and Well-Being Tips from Stanford Health Experts,” will include:
KIDS' FANS (Fitness and Nutrition Services) will cover children's health, obesity prevention and physical activity and will feature nutritionist Ilaria St. Florian. Physical therapist Brian Roberts from HSS Sports Rehab at Stamford Health in Harbor Point will demonstrate posture and ergonomic set-up. Romulo Vasquez, MD, will discuss the importance of establishing a family doctor and demonstrate proper blood pressure measurement.

And of course, the ever-popular Touch-A-Track Kids Zone featuring Stamford EMS, Fire Department and Police Department. Once again, the highlight of the event will be free group classes taught by the area's top fitness instructors, including the team from Life Time Stamford.
