Last March, the International Criminal Court sentenced Putin and Lviv-Belova for war crimes. The Russian commissioner, who himself adopted the child from Ukraine, claimed that the children are being taken for humanitarian reasons.
President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy called this report another reliable evidence of Russian war crimes in Ukraine.

The Ukrainian authorities demand from Russia to provide information about the deported children, to provide international organizations with access to them, and to return all children to their homes without exception and without conditions.
