Pope Francis has appointed a donation committee for the Holy See – Vatican news agency said Wednesday evening. It was one of the final decisions of the Holy Father before his hospitalization at Gemera’s Roma Clinic began.
The challenge of the Donation Committee is a campaign to encourage the transfer of faithful, Anglican meetings and other potential donors, to coordinate the procurement of such measures, to obtain funds for the implementation of the specific targets presented by the Roman Curian institutions and the governor of the Vatican.
Additionally, the body identifies and evaluates projects that require financial support and prioritizes funding. If Vatican agencies do not submit projects, the committee can raise reserve funds allocated for future initiatives – Vatican news explains.
