Faced with growing geopolitical tensions, there are questions that will ensure the relative safety of the world in the event of a global conflict. Daily Dziennik has published a list of places that offer the greatest chance of survival, according to the editor. Due to its location, Poland was not included in this ranking.
This list applies to both state and geographical regions. Two criteria were considered: geographical insulation and political neutrality.
In some cases, the Daily Mail Portal also appealed to the Global Peace Index, which classifies countries according to their internal rooms and level of stability. Meanwhile, aspects such as water and food access, healthcare and infrastructure that allow for functions that work in extremely difficult conditions have been omitted.
Geographical insulation and political neutrality
Many of the safest places are located away from major conflict centres. An example of such a place is Antarctica. There are extreme weather conditions there, but in the context of war, such conditions may be preferred.

Antarctica is not very appealing as a potential raid or military landing target. Nevertheless, obtaining food in these difficult conditions and creating conditions suitable for your life is a serious challenge.

The Daily Mail rankings also included countries known for their political neutrality. One example is Switzerland, which has avoided participation in international conflicts for many years.
The central location of Europe, political stability and extensive defense and civil infrastructure make the country one of what is shown as a safe asy exile. However, there are limited small areas and populations that can be accommodated when needed.
Similarly, a small Bhutan province in South Asia was valued. Since joining the United Nations in 1971, Bhutan has declared neutrality to all conflicts. However, this is a very poor country as the annual income per capita does not exceed 3,500. Dollar.

Argentina is an example of a country that can handle such conditions. It has huge natural resources and extensive agricultural areas. Meanwhile, according to the Bish Agency, more than half of Argentina’s 46 million residents are currently in poverty, with annual inflation rates reaching 230%.
Iceland was also included in the list – a state north of Europe that is away from major communication routes. Thanks to its relatively stable economy, low levels of crime and access to natural resources, Iceland was rated as one of the safer places in the event of a global conflict.
The ranking also includes FIJA and Indonesia. This is also one of the recommended places.
