War in Ukraine. Polish equipment with UPA flag. Kosiniak-Kamish: Provocation
“The UPA flag displayed on the Rosomak armored personnel carrier handed over from Poland to the Ukrainian army is an unacceptable provocation,” the Defense Ministry chief said.
The Deputy Prime Minister emphasized that concrete actions have already been taken. “I have ordered the military attaché to Ukraine in Warsaw to urgently intervene to clarify the issue,” he said.
The issue is sensitive, with Poles linking Ukrainian rebels primarily to crimes in Volhynia. The Warsaw government is constantly exploring the possibility of exhuming victims of Ukrainian nationalists.
