Austrian businessman Gerald Birgfellner filed Wednesday in testimony from the prosecutor’s office regarding investment in two towers where So was recognized. He added that the interrogation lasted about four hours.

Barbara Skrzypek’s death issue and refuses to start an investigation
The investigation is being conducted by prosecutor Ewa Wrzosek. On March 12th, during an investigation, a long-time collaborator of PIS President Jarosławkaczyński Barbara Skrzypek was called into question as a witness. The woman died three days after questioning. The autopsy showed that the reason was a vast heart attack. PIS politicians believe there is a connection between the interrogation of the violinist by prosecutor Wrzosek and her death.

One of the representatives of Birgfelller submitted to the prosecutor’s office on alleged crimes of PIS President Jarosław Kaczyński. The refusal to investigate was explained by the fact that Birgfellner “did not submit a document confirming the costs he incurred” and that he did not submit a written contract entered into with the entity ordering a particular piece and an entity allowing the verification of the invoice. In February 2020, the Warsaw District Court upheld a decision to refuse to commence an investigation.
Jarosław Kaczyński: The office of the prosecutor is illegal
The case was included in a National Public Prosecutor’s Office audit of cases from the United period from 2016 to 2023. The PK decided that it should continue to be adopted, especially between the procedures at the two towers.
After the investigation began in February 2025, issues were asked, including Jarosław Kaczyński. -The fact (…) that someone wanted to build a tall building (…) rather than two towers, was all in the realm of intent that was not a crime. (…) In this case, we were dealing with lawsuits in accordance with the trade law – Kaczyński at the time said. When asked if he would appear in the prosecutor’s office, Kaczyński said that it was a duty if he received the call, but “the prosecutor’s office is illegal, so there is a problem at this time.”
