Many thought an Oasis reunion would never happen due to the constant tension between brothers Noel and Liam Gallagher, but a few days ago it was reported that the band was planning a reunion tour, and Oasis teased an announcement following the news.
It's finally happened: today (August 27th), Oasis announced a reunion tour.
So far, only shows have been announced for England, Wales, Scotland and Ireland, but the press release states that “plans are underway to bring Oasis Live '25 to other continents outside of Europe later next year.”
The current dates run from July 2025 to August 2025, and include four nights at Wembley Stadium in London. The tour will see Oasis play their first concerts in the UK and Ireland for 16 years.
Tickets for the UK show will go on sale from 9am local time on August 31st via ticketmaster.co.uk, gigsandtours.com and seetickets.com. Tickets for the Dublin show will go on sale from 8am local time on August 31st via ticketmaster.ie.
The band said in a statement:
“The gunfire went quiet.
The stars have aligned.
The long wait is over.
Please come and see.
It won't be broadcast on television.”
