The Ukrainian Armed Forces used unmanned drones to attack two objects inside Russian territory. One of their targets chosen on the night of Monday to Tuesday was the Smolensk aviation plant.
The statement of the General Staff in Kiev emphasized that the mentioned companies not only manufacture fighter aircraft, but also repair and modernize them, which are later sent to the front. In particular, these are Su-25 attack aircraft.

The Ukrainian attack defeated the enemy’s air defenses. Explosions were heard in Smolensk and several fires broke out.
